On May 13, 2004, the Senate of the University of Siauliai bestowed an Honorary
Doctorate upon the President of the Lithuanian Research and Studies Center, Dr.
John Rackauskas. It is the second Honorary Doctorate Dr. Rackauskas has
received. The first was from the Vilnius Pedagogical University.
